When I bought my Rolex from Bright Time, I asked about their buyback policy, and they were very upfront and transparent about how much I could expect to lose if I sold it back later.
To me, that honesty made the whole experience feel like a fair “rental” arrangement no games, no hidden surprises.
When I returned a month later to sell the watch, they honoured everything exactly as discussed and even gave me a better buyback price. Which I assume would be far better than what most other shops offer. The staff were professional, friendly, and efficient, and polite.
A fantastic, genuinely trustworthy experience. I’ll definitely go back again the next time I’m in the market for another piece.
